Texas Teacher Gives Student Lap Dance, Simulates Oral Sex

42-year-old Felicia Smith, a teacher in Houston, Texas allegedly performed a lap dance for a student on his 15th birthday.The woman performed a full contact lap dance, touched the student repeatedly all over his body and placed her head between his legs from a kneeling position. She also told the student that she loved him and wished him a happy birthday.The teacher was removed from campus while the case was investigated and has not returned. She has been charged with having an improper relationship with a student.
