Woman Stops Bank Robber by Crashing Into His Vehicle A Pennsylvania woman reportedly prevented a bank robbery suspect´s getaway with her truck. 51-year-old Tina Gleim "badly damaged" the suspect´s car Thursday morning when she rammed it. "I thought, ´I can´t stop him any other way, I might as well hit him. I saw an opportunity that I could stop a criminal from getting away with it," Gleim, a cancer patient, said.The vehicle of Alexis Laskowski, 38 broke down soon after she hit it. The man was arrested. Police say he also robbed three other banks in Pennsylvania in February and March.
